What data we process and why

Orders: name, phone, email and, for delivery, your address. Legal basis: performance of a contract. Retention: as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet tax and accounting obligations (six years).

Launch list and communications: email. Legal basis: your explicit consent. Retention: until you unsubscribe, which you can do in any message or by writing to us.

Franchise and careers: the data you provide in the form. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request. Retention: up to one year from last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Recipients

We share data only with providers needed to deliver the service: web hosting, delivery platforms, payment gateway, email tooling and CRM. All act as processors under a signed agreement. We do not sell data to third parties.

International transfers

Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@ketaco.es and confirming your identity. You may also withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encryption in transit, role-based access control and periodic review of providers.
