Strictly necessary storage (no consent required)

This site stores three items in your browser's local storage: your preferred language (ketaco.lang), the contents of your order (ketaco.cart.v1) and your decision about these very cookies (ketaco.consent.v1). None is sent to our servers or used to profile you, and all three are necessary for the site to work as expected.

Your decision is kept for 24 months. After that we will ask you again.

Audience measurement (requires your consent)

The only non-essential purpose that can be switched on is audience measurement with Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), with anonymised IP and advertising and personalisation switched off. It sets the _ga and _ga_<id> cookies, which expire after 24 months, to count visits and understand which dishes get viewed and where people leave the site.

Google's script is neither downloaded nor executed until you accept: if you decline, or if you choose nothing, your browser never contacts Google's servers at all. We use no advertising pixels and share no data with social networks.

How to manage them

You can change or withdraw your consent whenever you like from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Declining is as easy as accepting and limits nothing: the menu, ordering and the rest of the site work exactly the same.

You can also clear local storage from your browser settings. Doing so loses your selected language and any order in progress, and we will ask you about cookies again.
